This a unique 22 weeks intensive program of change management incorporating personal attention and group therapy with a one year follow up for complete diabetes reversal. This program is specifically designed for people with diabetics type II, pre- diabetes, those diagnosed with metabolic syndrome. People with type I diabetics can also benefit but it is important to know type 1 diabetes cannot reverse.
For you to qualify for this program you must attend the foundation program.

Activities during the intensive diabetes reversal program
First contact with the participants
The participants will have a first medical consultation. Participants are expected to bring all the these 15 tests along with them during this first consultation. These tests include:
- Blood pressure
- Complete blood count (CBC)
- Erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR)
- Liver function tests
- Kidney function test
- Lipid profile
- Thyroid function test
- Vitamin B12, vitamin D and homocysteine levels
- Fasting blood sugar (FBS)
- Postprandial blood sugar (PPBS)
- Glycated haemoglobin (HbA1c)
- Routine stool (optional)
- Electrocardiography (ECG) if relevant
Fill forms with their complete history with their C/O, PHx, Pmshx, Fshx, OBS/Gynhx( for female participants), any allergies, any emergencies they have ever had and specified, any diabetes related complications, current medications or insulin and doses.
The participants will have to give a consent to participate in this program and have it signed.
The participants must attend a full day seminar and actively engage in the afternoon workshop.
Each participant will be given a diabetes reversal tool kit and will learn how to fill it and know how to check for improvements.
Each participant will be taught how to prepare healthy food to improve health. They will as well receive a booklet full different recipes.
- Subsequent contacts with the participants
After the participants have been oriented in the entire process of the program a registered nurse and or a registered dietitian will call the participants in proto to follow up with them on their progress. The entire group will again meet at specific days at:

Second medical consultation
The participants who have been following the program from week one to week 11 will come again with a repeat of the above tests and laboratory tests.
The group share their experience during the 11 week period of their progress. This aimed at strengthening those who feel overwhelmed with the program. During this time important issues are addressed and response are given. The participants are encouraged to open up as much as possible to speak their mind.
At 22 weeks.
Third consultation:This will be the final medical consultation. However, the participants will continue to actively engage in their support groups to find support from each other.
Participants of the intensive program will again have 3 more one – one consultation at the 6 month, at 9 month and finally at the 12th month (1yr). After one year of follow up, it is expected that the participants will have complete reversal of diabetes plus many other health benefits. This will bring the end of the follow up
